PilKi Return Policy

If you have a problem with your order, we will be happy to remedy the situation.

Once the product has been received, it is possible to claim an exchange or a refund from PilKi within 5 working days, for the reasons below:

If you received the wrong item, call us at 1 833-997-1198, so that we can resolve the situation as soon as possible.
If your order has been damaged, please send us a photo and details of the item involved to the email address: info@pilki.ca
After this period, we will not accept ANY EXCHANGE and offer ANY REFUND on any products whose reasons for return are: improper handling, poor quality, improper freshness. We cannot know what an individual does with the product after leaving our facilities. This is why we do not accept returns, for food safety reasons and to always be able to offer you high quality products.
